A King Is Born

The media has been buzzing with activity since the couple announced Kate was pregnant on 3 December 2012. With the vast coverage we wonder at the number of Royal correspondents within the British media!

There have been articles ranging from Kate’s maternity wardrobe to severe morning sickness to the change in Bill for female succession to the British throne right through to the sex of the baby, potential names for the baby and plans for a natural birth. Let us not also forget the prank callers from an Australian radio station pretending to be the Queen to a nurse and the distressing events that followed.

After all that and twelve years after they met, we can all share in the delight as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge become proud parents!

Kate gave birth to Prince George Alexander Louis on Monday 22 July 2013 at 4.24pm weighing 8lb 6oz. HRH Prince George of Cambridge is third in line to the throne after Prince Charles and Prince William.

News of the birth of the future King was posted in the traditional manner but also the news was shared via Twitter!

Here at C4B Media we are delighted to welcome Prince George into the world, offer our congratulations to the new parents and wish them well over the coming weeks, months and years.
