Mercy Ships “Together with Africa” charity concert
Our MD Sharon Grocott volunteered at this year’s Mercy Ships festive celebration concert at Southwark Cathedral in London. Mercy Ships seek to transform individuals’ lives and strengthen healthcare systems, leaving a lasting legacy.

Branded campaigns for ARDEX
We recently designed a visually engaging set of direct mailers for ARDEX, a renowned provider of high-performance building materials. The mailer was aimed at ARDEX distributors, and was designed to reinforce the essence of ARDEX’s brand identity. The vibrant design and compelling messaging resonated with the target audience, leaving a lasting impression and driving brand recognition based on the #ThinkRed campaign we created last year.
Our design team also created and developed a series of branded wall planners that served as practical tools for customers while subtly reinforcing ARDEX’S position as a trusted industry leader.
Royston First BID celebrates landslide victory with 87% ‘YES’ vote
We are thrilled to share exciting news from our client Royston First Business Improvement District (BID).
The recent renewal ballot for Royston First BID’s status resulted in an overwhelming 87% ‘YES’ vote from the town’s business community, marking a resounding success!
Since it was founded in 2009, Royston First BID has been instrumental in fostering a vibrant local business environment. The BID levy fund has enabled effective schemes like “Free After Three” and free scratch card parking, gaining widespread popularity among businesses in the town centre and industrial estate. Other projects designed to encourage footfall in the town include flagship events like the annual Christmas Lights Switch-On and regular Children’s Trails, and marketing collateral such as the Business Directory and Town Guides.
As the marketing agency providing support for Royston First BID, we are proud to be part of this success story and excited about the continued growth and prosperity of Royston. Thank you for your ongoing support and collaboration.
Festive campaign encourages town to embrace the spirit of community and “Shop Local”
Royston First BID wanted to support Royston businesses during one of the busiest periods of the year with a “Shop Local” campaign.
So, the team at C4B came up with a set of marketing messaging and collateral for a “#ShopRoyston At Christmas” campaign.
The campaign, currently live at roystonfirst.com/shoproyston, offers shoppers the chance to win a hamper full of goodies from local businesses when spending £10 or more in participating outlets.
There’s also a special incentive for the shop with the most entries: an advert in The Listing Magazine designed by us!
Enhancing delivery efficiency with new lamppost banners on the Royston Industrial Estate
We were delighted to be involved in recent project on Royston Industrial Estate to design and install brand-new lamppost banners. This project, funded by Royston First BID, aims to improve the overall logistics and delivery processes for all businesses and their customers on the estate.
Our brief included the research and scoping of the project, as well as liaison with businesses, Highways England and the local authorities. We designed the eye-catching lamppost banners to act as visual guides for couriers and stand out from existing signage.
Post-installation, we supported the project communications with the design and supply of flyers, a website landing page, social media images and a press release.
