In 2024 we’ve worked with our lovely clients at East of England Veterinary Specialists to deliver two projects designed to show their appreciation for their veterinary practice clients across the region.
Project One: A ‘Spooktacular’ Halloween Treat
Brief
To say “thank you” to their network of veterinary practice clients, East of England Veterinary Specialists wanted to send out boxes of Halloween-themed chocolate treats. To go with the treats, they wanted a company-branded A6 folded flyer detailing their services.
C4B’s role?
Our creative design team designed the flyer, ordered the treats, created beautifully packaged presentation boxes, and ensured all the campaign data was in place ready to post everything out.
The Outcome
A striking direct mail campaign managed end-to-end by C4B, from initial concept to branded, perfectly packaged parcels, resulting in a memorable impression made on recipients.
Project Two: A Practical Branded Gift With Long-Lasting Impact
Brief
To help East of England Veterinary Specialists stay front-of-mind with their veterinary practice clients, C4B designed and delivered a branded 2025 wall planner.
This A1-sized wall planner, packed with important calendar dates relevant to vets across the region, provides a year-long visual asset that’s both practical and a daily reminder of East of England’s trusted services.
C4B’s role?
From designing the printed material (i.e. the wall planner) and managing client data to ordering the materials and handling fulfilment, we managed every detail. Each wall planner was folded to A4 for easy mailing and accompanied by a branded compliments slip, adding a thoughtful finishing touch.

A practical, branded gift, delivered seamlessly from concept to completion.
