We worked with the team at Wixted Cleaning to completely redesign their brand, update their logo, design their website, and build a fully-fledged marketing strategy.
Wixted Cleaning delivers a professional office cleaning service to corporate clients throughout Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Northamptonshire.
At the start of the pandemic, many businesses were forced to re-evaluate their digital marketing efforts and Wixted Cleaning was no exception. Although Wixted had been in business for over 20 years, they were very much at the start of their ‘marketing journey’ when we joined forces. They wanted to work with C4B to build a digital presence they could utilise to increase lead generation.
The first step in the process was a workshop to define all the details of the brand redesign. We created a new logo, which started as a drop of water and then evolved into a jigsaw puzzle piece – representing Wixted Cleaning as the piece you’re missing in your office maintenance puzzle. We decided on brand colours and tone of voice before building a new website from scratch. To go hand-in-hand with the new website, we also worked on building a presence on social media and mapped out a marketing strategy we could work towards in the future.
Wixted’s new website is live, and we’ll be regularly releasing useful blog posts and articles there. Their social media profiles have been set up and are the go-to place to find updates on the business. We’re also working on social media advertising, regular email newsletters, and helping to grow Wixted’s audience online.
