A recent important strategic project for Walters Medical was the creation of the Life Box, a bespoke packaged gift sent out to all customers who purchase an incubator from the company. The Life Box is filled with thoughtfully chosen items designed to engage the customer, including branded goods to use within the hospital environment, corporate literature and a sample box for awareness of additional products available.
We also work with Walters Medical to help develop their digital marketing strategy along side their Marketing Director. Evolving the brand, ongoing website development and managing their online presence. As a result of our work, Walters Medical has seen a significant increase in sales and brand recognition over the years.
