C4B are an integral part of the team at Sagecliffe Resort, a luxury hotel and spa sited on cliffsides overlooking the Columbia River in Washington State, next door to The Gorge Amphitheatre. We are relied upon to manage the brand through the resort and partnerships.
Brand and Brand Development
After new ownership 2020, the resort has expanded it’s facilities, and continue to improve the resorts experience.
With a new lease of life, the resort needed to market its new look and secure a niche online presence to help bring in guests and increase brand awareness.
A member of the C4B team headed across the pond to meet the client in person and make a thorough evaluation of their current online presence and on-site branding needs. Since then we have:
- Designed and created a new brand communications strategy for the new owners
- Managed the brand, and been responsible for upholding the brand essence for projects and campaigns across the portfolio
- Delivered Google advertising, web design, brand management and creative direction across a range of key areas including launching new wines, residences and memberships
- Managed photographers and video teams
- Managed collaborative partnerships with National Geographic Magazine, Seattle Met
- Worked with the leadership team to create The Club membership and partner with The Gorge Amphitheatre, Live Nation
