Terms and Conditions for C4B Media’s Cream Tea giveaway.

Terms and Conditions for our Cream Tea Giveaway (opening date 18th June 2021, closing date midday 25th June 2021)

1. The Promoter is: C4B Media Ltd whose registered office is 2 Kiln House Yard, Baldock Street, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 5AY

2. Employees of C4 Media Ltd. or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competitions/giveaways or helping to set up the competitions/giveaways shall not be permitted to enter the competitions and giveaways.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter these competitions and giveaways.

4. Route to entry for the competitions/giveaways and details of how to enter will be on C4B Media’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

5. Closing date for entries will be detailed on C4B Media’s Facebook and Instagram pages. After these dates no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. Details of the prizes will be specified on C4B Media’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competitions/giveaways and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with these competitions/giveaways.

10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prizes with others of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. The winners will be randomly chosen and announced on C4B Media’s Facebook and Instagram pages

12. The winners will be selected at random and we will comment on the winning entrants’ posts/comments on Facebook/Instagram to inform them. The winners need to message us to arrange redeeming their prize within 3 days to inform them that they’ve won. If they do not respond the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the prize to another entrant.

13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competitions/giveaways will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The winners and entrants agree to the use of their names and any images they supply with the prizes to be used in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

15. Entry into the competitions/giveaways will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

16. These promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
