East of England Veterinary Specialists are a team of experts based in a small animal hospital in Wimpole, South Cambridgeshire. They offer a wide range of orthopaedic services via veterinary and direct referral.

The Challenge

East of England Veterinary Specialists (EoE Vets) wanted to increase their market visibility in order to build relationships with veterinary practices.

The Solution

C4B Media conducted an in-depth Marketing Strategy Workshop with the EoE Vets team, which resulted in the development of a marketing plan.

This included:

  • Developing a brand promise
  • Planning and delivery of direct mail campaigns
  • Social media strategy and campaign planning
  • Photoshoot
  • Design and production of printed collateral.

The Easter direct mail campaign generated brand awareness and referrals for EoE Vets, and so the team commissioned a further engagement campaign to run across Halloween. C4B Media designed a Halloween-themed giveaway box packed with treats and a promotional flyer aimed at generating further referrals.

C4B Media continue to work with the team at East of England Veterinary Specialists.
