What better way to get into the festive spirit than a festive cocktail?

The amazing team at Copper in the Clouds have created these two delicious cocktails for us.

Surrounded by woodlands in the Hertfordshire countryside in Dowsetts Farm, you will find is the home of Copper in the Clouds. The close knit, hardworking small team use traditional techniques to distil their products in two flame fired copper pot stills (hence the company name).

We are so pleased to collaborate with them and share these cocktails with you.

Copper in the Clouds Mulled Blackberry Sour: Featuring seasonal and festive mulled blackberry liqueur sugar syrup, lemon juice and a copper in the clouds gin

  • 25ml Hertfordshire Dry Gin
  • 25ml Mulled Blackberry Liqueur
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 20ml Lemon Juice

How to make:

Simply shake all ingredients with ice, strain and serve in a martini glass and enjoy.

Copper in the Clouds Festive 75: Featuring mulled blackberry liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup plus the addition of Prosecco or Champagne

  • 35ml Flowerbomb Gin
  • 15ml Mulled Blackberry Liqueur
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • Prosecco to top up

How to make:

Shake all ingredients (minus the prosecco) and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with prosecco and garnish with a plump blackberry (skewered on a holly leaf if you are feeling extra festive!)
