Simon Brooks

Simon Brooks

Digital Director

Following his MBA from London's prestigious Cass Business School, Simon first worked in scientific publishing for Reed Elsevier on the launch of one of the world’s first online magazines.

Having developed a taste for digital media, he then worked at digital TV pioneer Online Media on the marketing of early online digital content, before joining BT where he spearheaded the marketing and PR of BT's first business internet and broadband services, regularly speaking at conferences.

Following Marketing Director roles at online payments processor WorldPay and e-document specialist Equisys, Simon acquired a stake in cybersecurity specialist Metadigm in 2007.

After doubling sales in 2 years, he and his partner sold the business to Blend IT. He then moved agency-side as joint founder and director of C4B Media.

Sharon Grocott

Sharon has a real knack for understanding each client and ensuring that the solutions meet your needs. Sharon has extensive commercial experience gained in the Buying Department at Mothercare Head Office then as a European Sales Executive for Asahi Seiko (Europe) she has put this experience to work in sourcing great design and print products for clients.


Julia Brooks

Account Director

Prior to founding C4B Media jointly with Sharon and Simon, Julia ran her own management development consultancy during which time she also gained an MBA from the Open University.

Julia's passion is to help small businesses develop their sales and marketing in order to compete and grow successfully. Her original idea was to make a range of affordable marketing services available to business owners who needed marketing to build brand awareness and generate leads, but who were not in a position (yet) to hire full time in-house marketing staff.

Over the years, Julia has worked with scores of business owners to grow their sales through joined up marketing, and by using digital, design and communications tools in the right mix.

Currently Julia is Chairperson of Royston Chamber of Commerce, a role she has held for over 3 years.


Sarah Kralj

Creative Director

Sarah specialises in developing the initial creative ideas for projects and has in depth experience in the full design process from creative concept to pre-print artwork. Sarah has always had a love of design and following internships at Drexel University USA and University of Northampton went on to work as a designer for a number of London agencies. This passion soon saw Sarah starting up her own business Zen Creative Ltd and six years later joining forces with C4B Media to offer a full Marketing and Design service.


Sadie Moden

Account Manager

Sadie joined C4B Media in 2012 after 17 years working as a communications professional within the NHS and latterly with Serco Group plc. During her career she has built up expertise in copy and content creation, social media management, campaign management, SEO, design and event management. As the account manager for several of C4B Media's clients, Sadie is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies and plans.


Richard Pierce

Richard has more years creative design experience than he wants to admit, working both client and agency side with large Corporates and SMEs. He has designed for national and local clients across all media and has experience of the full design process; from initial brief through concept to digital and pre-print artwork.


Jane Wallington

Account Executive

Jane provides marketing and social media campaign management for C4B Media clients. With a keen eye for detail, Jane ensures that all the key elements are in place for every marketing project, putting all the pieces together so that deadlines are met and campaigns are successful. 

Using her experience with print publications at Cambridge Newspapers, Jane understands the sorts of content and stories that journalists are looking for. Accordingly she helps C4B Media clients with writing incisive media articles and press releases and distributing them to media. 

An entrepreneurial executive with more than 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, Jane has worked in a variety of sectors, including advertising, print, manufacturing and construction.

Outside C4B Media, Jane also runs a small business of her own, and so understands the importance of identifying and meeting the needs of her clients.


Kelly Da Silva Fernandes

Marketing Account Planner

Kelly has extensive consumer and B2B marketing experience and nearly 10 years working in the field. 

She develops marketing strategies, social media campaigns, video and other content, and has worked on high profile brands such as Volkswagen, Diageo, Morrisons, BlackBerry, Vodafone, Coca Cola and The Trafford Centre in Manchester.  

Kelly's approach is to get under the skin of the target market to gather insight using research and testing to develop the strategy, pricing and branding.

Prior to joining C4B Media, Kelly held senior positions at KISS, AL Marketing Communications, The Marketing Store and ARC Worldwide/Leo Burnett in London.
