Simon gained his MBA from Cass Business School. His first internet marketing experience came in 1994 when as part of a team at Reed Elsevier he helped launch one of the world’s first internet magazines. Progressing through digital TV pioneer Online Media, he joined BT where he spearheaded the marketing and PR of some of the UK’s first business internet services, including the first broadband service trials in London. Following marketing director roles at online payments processor WorldPay and e-document specialist Equisys, Simon acquired a stake in IT consultancy Metadigm in 2007. After doubling sales in 2 years, he and his partner sold the business to Blend IT. He then moved agency-side to join C4B Media as Creative Director, becoming MD in 2013.
Sharon has a real knack for understanding each client and ensuring that the solutions meet your needs. Sharon has extensive commercial experience gained in the Buying Department at Mothercare Head Office then as a European Sales Executive for Asahi Seiko (Europe) she has put this experience to work in sourcing great design and print products for clients.
Julia started C4B Media (then Contacts4Business) after realising that many small businesses lose out because of a lack of sales and marketing resource. She set out to make a range of affordable marketing services available to business owners who needed marketing but couldn’t hire in full time permanent staff. Prior to starting C4B Media, Julia ran a management development consultancy and gained an MBA from the Open University. Her marketing and client engagement skills have helped dozens of business owners to grow their sales through joined up marketing.
Sarah specialises in developing the initial creative ideas for projects and has in depth experience in the full design process from creative concept to pre-print artwork. Sarah has always had a love of design and following internships at Drexel University USA and University of Northampton went on to work as a designer for a number of London agencies. This passion soon saw Sarah starting up her own business Zen Creative Ltd and six years later joining forces with C4B Media to offer a full Marketing and Design service.
Sadie joined C4B Media in 2012 after 17 years working as a communications professional within the NHS and latterly with Serco Group plc. During her career she has built up expertise in copywriting, design, event management, social media and campaign development. Having been the lead communicator through a change programme, she has huge experience in developing and executing highly successful communications campaigns and engagement strategies.
Richard has more years creative design experience than he wants to admit, working both client and agency side with large Corporates and SMEs. He has designed for national and local clients across all media and has experience of the full design process; from initial brief through concept to digital and pre print artwork.
Jane provides marketing support and administration for C4B Media clients, ensuring that the fine details required by successful marketing projects and activities are in place and that deadlines are met.
An entrepreneurial executive with more than 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, Jane has worked in a variety of sectors, including advertising, print, manufacturing and construction. She has managed print publications at Cambridge Newspapers and helped SMEs to grow by directing sales and marketing activities. Jane is also a small business owner and so understands the importance of identifying and meeting the needs of her clients.
Social Media Assistant
Holly develops and delivers social media communications on behalf of C4B Media and our clients, creating brand awareness and engagement with prospects, customers and stakeholders. She worked at Heart FM for 4 years in event promotions and as a customer service agent at Harrods Aviation for 3 years having graduated with a first class honours in Media Studies.
Kelly Da Silva Fernandes
Kelly brings extensive consumer and retail marketing experience to the agency with nearly 10 years working in the field.
Kelly has managed and developed marketing strategies, product launches, campaigns, events and social media for high profile brands such as Volkswagen, Diageo, Morrisons, BlackBerry, Vodafone, Coca Cola and more recently The Trafford Centre in Manchester. Also very recently, Kelly managed a large campaign for an own brand cereal manufacturer whose aim was to launch their own branded cereal product to market. This involved in depth consumer research and testing, strategy development, pricing and branding.
Kelly's approach is to get under the skin of the target market to gather valuable insight in order to inform the creative brief. Thus ensuring the end campaign really resonates with the consumer and sets the product apart from its competitors.
Prior to joining us, Kelly held senior positions at KISS, AL Marketing Communications, The Marketing Store and ARC Worldwide/Leo Burnett in London.
